Jessica McWade, Ed.D. is President of McWade Group, Inc., specializing in leadership, strategy and message development. She has consulted for many corporations, universities, non-profits and government agencies. Jessica previously led global communications and public affairs for three Fortune 200 corporations. She served as President of The World Affairs Council of Boston as well as a Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve, which took her on assignments around the world many times. She is a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and trustee at SEA Education Association. She also served as a Fellow to the Salzburg Seminar and a British-American Fellow in Northern Ireland. Jessica earned an Ed.D. in leadership and organizational development from The George Washington University. She also holds degrees from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, New York University’s Stern School of Business and Boston University’s College of Communications and studied at the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden.
